Director of Human Resources
We placed the Director of Human Resources position located at a performing arts education organization in Los Angeles. Faculty at this world class institution provides instruction in music, dance, and drama to dedicated students of all ages. The Director of Human Resources oversees strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development.
Senior Director of Education
We placed the Senior Director of Education to oversee the staff of a 150+ bed nonprofit community hospital in Southern California. The candidate was hired to create and institute a Leadership Development Program for middle and senior management personnel.
