The SVP Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing enterprise wide property operations for all brands. This position establishes and monitors fiscal as well as operating goals for the company, including the development of and maintenance of brand standards, operating budgets, standard operating procedures and manages guest and owner satisfaction.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in hotel operations/hospitality and owner relations required.
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in managing multi-unit businesses, hospitality or resort industry experience required.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills and works to build and enforce service culture.
- Strong background in hotel operations, sales and marketing, and financial management.
COMPENSATION: EXECUTIVE LEVEL BASE PLUS BONUS TO 40% AND STOCK OPTIONS/GRANTS.
