Our client is a premier entertainment destination that features award-winning restaurants, full-service catering, a luxury hotel, over 2,500 slot machines, and an event center.
The Sr. Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee the operations of multiple Food and Beverage venues and room service for the property’s luxury hotel. The successful candidate will effectively and efficiently manage their assigned Food and Beverage venues, within budget, while mentoring the Food and Beverage Manager and culinary team. The position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- At least 3 years of managerial experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills are a plus
