Our client is a rapidly growing, fast-casual, local restaurant chain in Los Angeles, CA.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for operational, financial and people management. The candidate will need to organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security. He/She will plan and manage budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by the organization. The candidate will also recruit and train new staff, while developing existing staff, as well as coordinating staff scheduling and rotations. The manager will focus on ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are maintained, in addition to handling customer complaints and queries.
- 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
- 3+ years of experiencing managing a restaurant
