- Development and documentation of SOPs
- Develop, implement, and sustain a continuous improvement program
- Hire, train and mentor all production team members
- Evaluate, develop, and execute capital project plans.
- 5+ years of experience in a bakery manufacturing/operations environment
- Knowledge of BRC and/or SQF food safety system requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA and Cal-OSHA safety compliance regulations
- Experience in continuous improvement techniques. Certifications and experience leading Lean, Six Sigma and 5S initiatives a significant plus.
