RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain processing and packaging equipment, plant utilities, and boilers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years as a maintenance manager in a meat plant
  • Must have strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, ammonia systems, coolers, HVAC, air compressors, water systems and sewers, as well as fork-lifts.
