Our client is a large hospitality company in Michigan seeking a General Manager for a 7,000 square foot restaurant opening at the beginning of 2020.
We are searching for a General Manager who will oversee a large restaurant in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He/she will manage the day-to-day restaurant operations and will hire, train and manage the staff. This person will also manage the P&L and will develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment. He/she will strive to provide an optimal experience for all guests.
- Minimum of 10 years of restaurant management experience, with at least two years of fine dining experience
- Experience with a combination of independent and chain restaurants would be helpful
