Our firm has been selected to manage the search for a General Manager for a global leader in the attractions and amusement industry. The position is specifically responsible for the company’s popular attraction – a globally well-known brand. The New York City location is the firm’s largest attraction in North America.

The selected candidate will lead and motivate the team to ensure excellent standards of safety, guest service, presentation and maintenance. He or she will direct and coordinate with all areas of the business to create memorable experiences. The GM will deliver budgeted revenue and KPI targets aligned with the budget parameters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years at Attraction Manager or Senior operational Level in a high visitor volume location

  • Hands on accountability and responsibility for delivering a high volume visitors on an annual basis

  • Highly motivated and great team leader

  • Proven success in delivering EBITDA targets

  • Superb communication and leadership skills

  • Strong presentation skills
