We have been retained by a new casino property with plans for major expansion. We are searching for a personable, team player who will effectively lead, mentor and bond with their staff.
The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the property. Our successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and hands-on engagement to improve the property’s guest satisfaction and training and development program, in turn increasing overall revenues. This position reports directly to Tribal Council.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
- At least 7 years of senior executive management experience in a casino environment preferred
- Previous casino opening experience is a plus
