We have been retained by a growing regional restaurant company seeking a professional chef to fill this newly created role.
The Executive Brand Chef will oversee multiple units in the company’s Pub & Grill division. The successful candidate must have a full understanding of menu costing, menu development, and culinary direction. Continuance of high-quality food standards is also key.
- Culinary degree required
- At least 3 years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Must be willing to relocate and be able to travel as needed (minimum travel)
