The Director of Total Rewards will direct and maintain compliance of the day-to-day operations of the department team handling Compensation, Benefits, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The position reports to the Vice President of Total Rewards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management role preferred
- Experience working in multiple industries (outside of gaming) is a plus
