Our client is a world-renowned brand that owns and operates themed casino, hotel, and restaurant properties across the globe. The corporation is known for their wide collection of memorabilia decorated in their establishments.

The Director of Total Rewards will direct and maintain compliance of the day-to-day operations of the department team handling Compensation, Benefits, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The position reports to the Vice President of Total Rewards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management role preferred
  • Experience working in multiple industries (outside of gaming) is a plus

EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.
