Our client is a multi-property casino organization with a combined total of 2,000 slots, table games, live entertainment, and a variety of dining venues.
The Director of Operations will coordinate and oversee the food & beverage, housekeeping, uniforms, and valet services for the properties. The successful candidate will take pride in their work and provide strong leadership for all team members. The position reports directly to the General Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in food & beverage and non-gaming operations preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible work environment
