The Director of Human Resources will manage the program development, implementation, and administration of the department. The successful candidate will strategically manage the employee relations, benefits, internal communication, recruitment, training and development, safety, and risk of the property.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS system required
- Must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem solving skills
