Our client is a distributor of food products to convenience stores, gas stations, liquor stores, hospitals, airports and schools. Our client is based in Sylmar, CA.
We are searching for a CEO/COO/GM (title depends on experience) that will manage the business and oversee distribution facilities in Las Vegas, San Diego, Sylmar, Riverside and Orange County. They are seeking someone that can strengthen the organization’s operations and improve their logistics. Candidates should be committed long-term to the project and be able to implement procedures and systems to help the company meet financial goals.
- Must have extensive experience with Finance, Sales, Operations and Logistics
- 10+ years of experience managing and growing companies
- Must have strong operations experience related to distribution centers
- Must have hands-on technical accounting skills
- Advanced degree (MBA, MA) is desirable, but not mandatory
- Being a CPA is desirable, but not mandatory
