Our firm has been selected by an International Hotel Operating Company to manage their search for a key operating executive. Our client operates and franchises highly themed hotel and resort properties in some of the world’s most desirable locations. The company is developing all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, Caribbean and South America. 

The Area Vice President will be responsible for ensuring a consistent delivery of brand standards and programs to staff and guests. The successful candidate oversees and supports sales and marketing activities and facilitates training initiatives within the assigned region.  The Area Vice President of Operations acts as a liaison between the Corporate Support Center and regional properties, positively and professionally representing the brand in interactions with property management, owners and investors.

Requirements:

• High level fluency in Spanish. Portuguese would be a plus.
• Multi-unit or large property operating experience in Mexico, Caribbean, South America.
• All-inclusive resort management experience as GM or Regional VP/Director.
• Pre-opening or Opening experience as GM or Regional VP/Director.
