If you were to give a prisoner on the death row his last meal, what item on your menu would you offer?

— Ed M.

I think the most “outside the box” question I was asked in a job interview was actually part of the application. I was asked to draw my favorite cartoon character.

When I asked about the question after I had the job the response I got was, “We want to see that the person who gets to the interview and consideration for a job is ready to do something – anything – that the job requires; someone who is not too self-conscious, ready to take a risk. But most importantly, we want to have someone who is ready to have some fun.”

What a great way to get right to the makeup and character of a candidate.

— Tom E.

If you had to be a dessert, what would you be and why?

— Stacie B.

Where would you hide an elephant?

— Stephen H.
